    • Raw Seeds I.E. Sunflower Seeds (pumpkin seeds etc) 1 cup
    • Unsulphured Dried Fruit (unsweetened) 1 cup
    • Fun Stuff I.E. (amounts vary, 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate, popped popcorn, 1 cup pretzels etc) 1 cup
    • Spices (e.g. 1/4 tsp sea salt, cinnamon, pinch of nutmeg, optional) ½ teaspoon
    • Raw Pecans (I toast mine in the oven for 10 mins at 350 degrees F) ¾ cup
    • Raw Cashews (I toast mine in the oven for 10 mins at 350 degrees F) ¾ cup
    • Raw Sunflower Seeds ½ cup
    • Raw Pumpkin Seeds ½ cup
    • Unsulfured Cherries (unsweetened) ½ cup
    • Unsulfured Raisins (unsweetened) ½ cup
    • Dark Chocolate (chopped 82%) ½ cup
    • Sea Salt ¼ teaspoon
    • Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
    • Nutmeg add pinch
